Welcome
Before we ask anything — thank you for your time, and for your interest.
Your answers here will help us come into relationship with you — with your life, your practice, your time.
Our hope is that this is the only time we’ll need to ask you to fill out a form, until you’ve decided whether or not you’d like to proceed and join the ARC.
About you
This is how we’ll reach you.
Knowing where members are enables the network to organise locally.
How you found us
Knowing where you’ve come from helps us begin from the right place.
Before we go further
Either path leads to a conversation, however, if speaking first feels like the right place to start, we’re happy to arrange a conversation before you share more through this form.
Before we speak
All optional. The clearer this is, the fewer emails it takes to find a time.

Your interest
Select everything that feels true. There’s no wrong answer here.
Your practice
If you’ve trained significantly in another modality of attuned dyadic or relational practice, this may open a different pathway into the ARC.
We’re interested in both formal credentials and in deep immersion outside of credentialing systems. The list below names the modalities we currently recognise — if your training isn’t here, you’ll have a chance to share later.
Check all that apply. Selecting any of these does not guarantee placement on the Integration Pathway — a discernment conversation does that — but it tells us how to begin.
Your practice
A few sentences is plenty.

Your time
Sessions in the ARC happen live, with other people, on a recurring schedule. Knowing when you’re generally available helps us form cohorts that work for the people in them.
Tap to mark all the windows that could generally work for you.
Your languages
English is the primary language of the ARC for now. Knowing other languages you’d be comfortable practicing in helps us as the network grows.
Optional. Pick any that apply, or add your own below.
Anything else
This is optional. But if there’s something about your situation, your aspiration, or what’s drawing you here that you’d like to share before we speak — including any practice life or contemplative formation that isn’t otherwise captured by other parts of this form — this is the place.

We’ve received what you’ve shared. We’ll read it personally.
Submitting doesn’t mean you’re enrolled — it’s the beginning of a conversation, not the end of one. The most likely next step is that you’ll hear from us about a discernment conversation.
There may be a gap before we reply. We’re holding this with care, and our pace varies as more people reach out — we endeavour to reach out only when we are able to meet you with care.
We’re looking forward to meeting you.
What you share here, you share into something. We would rather be transparent about where it goes than ask you to trust a shield.
What we hold. The details you enter on this form, such as your name, email, where you are based, your availability, and what draws you to ARC, along with any notes from our conversations as your discernment unfolds.
Recording and sensitive detail. If we would like to record a conversation, we will tell you first and ask your agreement. Open-ended answers may touch on sensitive things, such as your health or beliefs. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing, and we will limit who can see it.
Where it lives. In our member system, which is built on Notion, and in the everyday tools we use to stay in touch and to meet, such as email, calendar, and video calls. We also use AI tools to help us coordinate and draft, with a person always responsible; this is part of how we work.
How long we keep it. Only as long as it serves a real purpose. If we do not end up moving forward together, we delete or minimise your information rather than holding on to it indefinitely.
What you can ask of us. You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it, to have a detail redacted, to export it, or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent whenever you wish. We will never hold this against you, though we do need at least your email and a few basics to stay in relationship, so deleting everything means we can no longer keep you in the network. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to raise a concern with your data protection authority. Write to us at admin@arcnetwork.is and we will take care of it.
