The ARC's network design specification

The document below is the full design specification for the ARC Network. It describes the network as it is currently being created, discovered, and unfolded by its members.

It is a living design rather than a description of something finished. We make it public so anyone considering coming closer can see what the network is becoming and how we are trying to build it.
